Summer Evening View

I've alway been interested in the natural world around me and the way it makes you feel. This print is a view of the edge of Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire. I love this view and how it changes at different times of the year.

This is a one colour silk screen print, I made the artwork using Chinagraph pencil, Indian ink and Rotring pens. I wanted to achieve the feeling of how overgrown the lower part of the view is some scratched areas away, painted some areas in and generally was quite physical with the artwork.

This is an edition of 9 silk screen print.
